上海华东铁路建设监理有限公司（原上海铁路局建设监理公司）创建于1993年，下设蚌埠、上海、福州三个分公司，是拥有铁路工程甲级、房屋建筑工程甲级、市政公用工程甲级、地铁轻轨工程资质的监理企业和甲级工程造价咨询单位，已通过ISO9001：2000版质量管理体系的认证。
    公司聚集了各类专业技术人员220余人，具备建设部、铁道部注册监理工程师146人，建设部注册造价工程师22人，具有承揽大中型综合建设项目施工监理及投资监理能力。
    公司成立十多年来，相继承担各类工程400余项。本公司监理的大中型工程有萧甬铁路复线、京九铁路、芜湖长江大桥配套、梅坎铁路、上海市轨道交通3号线、美国通用电气（中国）研发中心、宣杭铁路增建第二线、浙赣线电气化改造、浦东铁路等。造价咨询投资监理项目有芜湖枢纽外绕线、外福线电气化技改、上海站南立面改造、金华东区段站扩建、沪杭线单绕改双绕等。公司管理的项目多次荣获国家“鲁班”奖，铁道部“优质工程”奖，上海市“白玉兰”、“浦江杯”奖，浙江省“钱江杯”奖，安徽省“黄山杯”奖等多个奖项。

The company has 3 branches in BengBu, Shanghai, and Fuzhou. The company has qualification grade A of project management in the field of railway engineering, building engineering, municipal public engineering and urban railway engineering, and the qualification grade A for construction cost consulting issued by the ministry of construction. The company has passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
    The company has over 220 professional staff. 146 registered project management engineers from Construction Ministry and Railway Ministry. 22 registered construction cost engineers from Construction Ministry. The company has the ability to undertake the project management and investment supervision of large or medium scale projects.
